The coffee business is a mature market where branding, location and quality are paramount to the success of the business.
The Franchisee is responsible for the construction of the coffee shop/kiosk/cart to the agreed upon specs by Franchisor. The estimated costing includes the construction, purchase of coffee equipment, and franchising fees. There is also a royalty fee.
Your ROI (Return on Investment) is dependent on a variety of factors, but is typically 2-3 years. We will work with you to determine a realistic ROI.
